Many clusterheads are chronic, meaning that they have them every day for years. Know that you are not alone. There is a load of fantastic info on the site - the links are on the left. Post here any time - post anything. For the first month or so, all I did was complain here - that's what I needed to do - the amount of support was truly unbelievable.
