hey i hear your troubles. i'm 23 and it's taken a big tole on the ol' social life. i got through bouts where i'll be out of comission for weeks with three a day and i get really depressed. therapy is on the list of things to start. so you should look into that as a way to cope. no shame in it at all. but really verapamil saves me. with 400mg a day i only get like 1 or 2 a week. and imitrex injections and oxygen help control those. email me if you want to discuss anything or just chat. good luck. keep fightingjd
