I always get neck pain with my clusters. Usually located near the base of my skull on the headache side. I also find if I turn my head to look to the side for too long a time, it will trigger a headache.I think it has something to do with the routing of the nerves but I haven't seen a picture yet. I'm assuming the trigeminal or some other involved nerve runs down there. Any one know?
