If he needs proof that women DO suffer from CH's, send him here. Your description matches mine, a male. Although I have never used it, the consensus here is that verapimil is the best as a standard preventative. If you are not averse to marijuana though, you may want to think about the "magic mushrooms" so many people here are trying with some success.
