I've asked the doc and he just says it's migraine and prescribes something called Zomig which works well but I am not sure it is really just migraine. Looking at the symptoms of Cluster Headache sufferers I would say it is closer to cluster headache in some respects. If I describe the symptoms can somebody give me an idea of what it might be?

Basically I have had these headaches for a few years now. It usually accompanies a stressfull day or a sleepless day. I get pains behind the eyes (Either one side or the other but not both at the same time) that feels like pressure from behind the eye and it fades in an out and lasts for hours at a time. I tend to get the pains on and off for a few days at a time. I also get pain on the site of the head level and near to the eye and sometimes I also get a shooting pain in the ear (Or general earache) on the same side as the pain behind the eye. Sometimes while lying in bed I get blocked nasally but nearly always it get a blocked left nasal passage and it does not seem to effect which side I get the eye pains on. For instance I can have a pain behind the right eye and be blocked nasally on the left. I am only blocked nasally usually when lying down.
The pain varies in intensity and can be just a dull throbbing to an intense disabling pain whereby all I can do it lie down and try to sleep. I have only had a couple of instances whereby the pain was so bad it made me vomit, although I sometimes get nausea along with the pain but not as a rule.

Is this cluster headache, migraine or sinusitis? Or could it be something else? I have seen a few doctors and none have given satisfactory answers. Usually due to me not being able to get all the information out like I can in this message.

Any advice helpfull. Thanks!
