You may want to ask your doc for a course of antibiotics to see if it makes a difference. Doesn't even sound like migraines to me - you mention nothing about intolerance to light or sound, and that's always a dead giveaway that it's migraine. And migraine isn't a dull throb. It may be a 'weather headache' - one that changes as the barometric pressure changes, too. I'd go to an Ear/Eye/Nose/Throat guy if it were me.
