first of all.... maybe you can be realxed with a CH but as for me i get very VERY tense during an attack which causes my neck pain. so bad that it sometimes feels like its broke.
second... it is a known fact that smoking is a trigger for CH or more so it may counter the effects of the meds.
third...i didn't get a CH during orgasm i got some other weird headache that i never got before.and it was shooting pain through my head with each pump of ejaculation not as i pumped myself.
and lastly my wife know everything about me and my headaches she is very supportive.
