The sore neck: while not typical of CH, it is a possible problem. generally, though, it's some of the asanine posts on this board that are the biggest pain in the neck.

Smoking: I quit smoking last May. The headaches kept getting worse in intensity and frequency. Now if you're smoking crack or some such thing, maddog......

Being off your meds: Ah, the joys of med-free life! Pain, pain, glorious pain....none of that "drugged" feeling, none of that waste of time called sleeping at night, true appreciation of the actual intensity of sunlight, etc.

Now, in analyzing the remainder of your post, I see a few key issues that need addressing (or dressing, as the case may be):

During your orgasm, a CH hit, getting worse and worse as you pumped and pumped? How the hell long WAS it? And, more importantly, how could you keep up the rhythm? I've heard of rocking, pacing, etc...but never pumping. Seriously, though, I do believe that you'll have to practice this technique a bit more often so as to get the best pain-free effect.

This is disturbing you. ie, you are very disturbed. While I might agree with that statement, we should really ask your wife what she thinks. Please, maddog, bring your wife here and tell her the whole story, then let her tell us what she thinks about the situation.

This tongue-in-cheek post has been brought to you by the letters O, M and G.....

hugs and kisses to all! now go kick his ass for me so Ii can regain my sanity and get some sleep.
