Verapamil at only 240mg/day worked wonders for me in the last few months(first drug I ever tried). At in-cycle times when I'm the worst, it seems to displace what used to be a concentrated pain in either my right eyebrow or temple. Again, I'm not pain free, but I can deal with the displaced pain. Instead of what felt like a nail in my temporal nerve or a spike in my eye, I get what 'normal' people feel as a quick headache... The first week I started Verapamil the pain in my head felt like a ping pong ball and gradually settled down and was more predictable.
