Check with another medical supply place or maybe even the hospital. If your doc prescribed the small tank, then they should be able to tell you someone that can get you one. They aren't that hard to find, as a lot of older people rely on them. Just about any mask will work, as long as it is a mask and not the nasal canula. Be careful of rebounds with o2, good luck.
