Please be careful useing the welders oxygen, I am a paramedic and know that the welders O2is not medical grade and could have dirt and or toxins in it. I would definately try to get the Rx. and if you want, find an ambulance, explain your condition, and simply ask for a non-rebreather mask. Hopefully they will give you one.
