Did the cardiologist get an EKG printout on you? I can't imagine that he wouldn't, but I'm no longer surprised by the lack of action by some doctors. My doctors said my heart was healthy when the angina and shortness of breath started, but when they finally hooked me up to the EKG machine and put me on a treadmill, I lasted 45 seconds before the alarm bells went off. Not trying to scare you, but the left arm and neck pain is a classic symptom of narrowed heart vessels.
