Disability ???

Has any one gotten disability when in a cronic stage of clusters ? injections and meds are just temperey help. I no long cycle, I am getting several CH daily.
How the hell am i supposed to function at work like this? No matter what i do i get a CH (relaxing,sleeping,staying busy ect...)
