I called around and found a therapist in a neighboring town that actually heard of cluster headaches. Just wanted to point that out in choosing a therapist, don't be afraid to use those words, "cluster headache". I gather that each has their own speciality.
Just basically, it's the stretching of certain tissue, holding it for some period of time then releasing, the key is knowing which tissue to stretch. They also call it mio-fascial release, if you type this in your search engine, would find quite a bit about it on the web.
