you seemed to imply that you believe that only OUCH members can attend the Convention. This is incorrect.
While we certainly encourage everyone to join OUCH and help support our goals and objectives, the Convention is open to anyone who wishes to attend (and pays the registration fee). In Atlanta this year, several non-members attended and I beleive the experience encouraged a number of them to join up. BarbD may have actual numbers.
So don't let non-membership prevent you from attending - start making plans, checking them twice, saving up and creating the signs you'll need (ya know - "Need ride to Vancouver" - much more effective than just sticking your thumb out)
