We have a three year old sheppard. Half an hour before the big ones hit Greg she will start to whimper and pace and the whole time that Greg is doing the same through the worst of it she will sit in the corner, out of his way, and whine... The moment it stops her ears go up and she starts to thump her tail on the ground but will not move till he is asleep.
