We've all been told things wrong before by caretakers. The important thing is to get a correct diagnosis as soon as possible with all the information you can get to fill in any holes. I know how lonely and depressing it is not knowing one way or another what's happening or if what we've been told is the correct diagnosis. My heart goes out to you. I hope you can get your answers very soon.
