I have experienced car accidents, motorcycle accidents, street fights, martial arts tournaments, spinal menengitis, regular migraines as a child, busting my head open, toothaches etc...and would give anything to experience those types of pain instead of CH. I had a capped tooth that I broke off at the root recently eating chinese food and I still haven't had it fixed. I don't even use benzocaine or anything for it. The pain is relatively a pin prick compared to CH. I'd say my pain threshold is pretty damn high but CH brings this 6'2" 220 lb man to his knees cursing, screaming, and crying. I don't see how ANYONE could function during an attack.
