I've been on slow release for a year now. Started off at 2 times 80 mgs...than went up to 3 times and now am at 4 times. According to my pharmacist, it stays in your body for 8 hours. There are times when I've forgotten to take my lunch dose so I popped 2 at supper without any bad effects..but I don't recommend you do that! LOL Also...verapamil takes time to kick in. It took close to 3 weeks for me..so give it some time. As far as zomig..it was good if I was awake but did nothing but make me puke when awakened during the night. I am now using imitrex injections which work like you wouldn't believe. within 5 minutes and ch is gone...at any point in the attack!

Jack is the guy who could answer any other questions you might have. Johnny too

Good luck and I wish you a PFN
