5HTP is over the counter herbal serrotonin. Walmart 6 bucks for 30. Research healthstore websites under same for better info. My research suggested taking with magnesium and B complex vitamin and thats where I am at. My cycle was just getting going, I have a drawer full of Imitrex, verap, sansert,amerge,paxil,elavil maxalt,depakote,lithium and 02 under the bed but am determined to find a final solution with no side effects and no rebounds for this my 25th cycle. I am sick of this.
