The nasal spray did not work for me, apart of this, it leaks down the laringx and you end up "drinking" most of its content, which is even a poorest version of the imitrex pills.
If what worries you is the fact that you will have more than 2 crisis each 24 hours, read the host's "extending imitrex shots" at the "imitrex tips" and if you can not see yourself manually messing with the needle on your arm, use the injector "pencil" of an used kit and cut out of it about 5 mm of the rod that can be seen after use. this modifyed "pencil" will only inject you half the dose of a brand new injection and you may use the standard supplied injector to end the half dose remaining with your next shot. This will allow you to fight back 4 pains each 24 hour period. and... yes, only 3 mgs will do the job in about the same time as a full 6 mg shot.
