I know sometimes its hard to see the bigger picture ..that life is worth living for. We only have one shot and believe it or not, it is very short.After losing a man I loved due to a tragic circumstance ..I too spiraled into drugs and alcohol, without regard for myself or anything. I never did get "help" at that time though I should have. You can't always see past "today"... but in your tomorrow, things can be so different. Please go get the help you need and stick with it. Life is precious.
