I discovered a couple of things today about my headaches and meds that may or may not be of use to anyone. Apparently, the Mobic I take twice a day is what controls the headaches the most. Today i forgot to take my second Mobic in the afternoon and at 8 I got a sudden CH. It was like lightning struck my head/eye. I took two Darvecets (chewing the 2nd and chasing it with a Coke) and it didn't do anything. Then I remembered the Mobic, took it and about 15-20 minutes later it was like I never had one.
I also noticed that the vein on my temple (side of the head and a little above the eye) was like something out of a Sci-Fi movie. It was swollen and pumping like crazy.
Anyway... I know I'm a newbie but I'm hoping that what I'm learning might help someone in some way - because I would not even wish these things on my worst enemy.
