I can't wear glasses during my CH cycle at all or I get a lot of sinus pains surrounding the bridge of my nose that triggers the CHs. Of course with work I have to wear safety glasses when on a job site, and if in cycle, I usually pay the price for the next day or two with sinus pressure triggering CHs (shadows mainly).
