when he is getting attacked, he sure doesn't like to be in a brightly lit room and there is NO way he could stand to be at the computer screen. I usually do turn the lights down low but he is able to sit in a darkened room with the tv on, volume also lowered. He sure isn't watching the screen though. So, yes I guess he is a little photosensitive, but not to migraine extent. Cluster photosensitivity is different than that of a migrainer.
And, all sansert did for him was make him sit at a green light in traffic and wonder what to do.
He's had some success with Imitrex (for awhile but it stopped working). He's done a prednisone burst to break a cycle, and he's currently on timed release Verapamil which will hopefully hold the attacks at bay until this cycle ends.
