Did you brother try any of the preventatives (such as Verapamil, psilocybin, etc.) or abortives (such as Imitrex, etc.), though?
THAT's my point. Narcotics do NOT prevent cluster attacks, nor do they abort individual attacks -- they just mask the pain and the attack continues.
I AM speaking from experience, as I've said a few times already - my husband HAS tried the narcotics, and it just led to masked pain and continued cluster cycle, then having to wean to get off the meds without sending his system into shock for the sudden depletion of the drug that didn't work in the first place. As one of the folks here says (Don) - why squirt a water pistol on a forest fire? NOW do you get my point, Christian???
