I take gravol almost every night(2 at a time) due to feeling nauseated most of the time. My doctor told me that the nausea feeling was because of nerves. But when i take gravol it stops my stomach. If it's nerves that are causing the problem then how come a motion sickness pill settles it. The doctors said to take it sparingly, but didn't tell me why. Do you think im doing myself harm by taking them???
