Here's how. A pain that we're all familiar with is that headache that lasts for a few seconds after we eat or drink something too fast that's real cold. You know everybody gets that from time to time.
I tell people that clusters are kind of like that only the pain can last for hours. You'll be surprised at how many people understand then. Give it a try.
