I hope there are still people on this site. I was diagnosed with factorv111 von willebrand deficiency which caused me to have a blood clot. My doctor put me on amityptaline and I gained 18 pounds. He tried to take me off and put me on Nortryptalline which is an agent of amitryptaline but it didn't do anything. I have constant headaches and it seems like I have tried a lot of the migraine meds like Maxalt, Imitrex, Zomig, but they didn't seem to work either. If anyone has any input I would love to hear about it.
