Talked to receptionist, was polite but she seemed to thank I was some drug crazed fiend or something... (I called back to refine my request after hearing from you guys and she was like 'Uh, ok. uh, thanks...' ) LOL! (Hmmm. Could it be she just does not understand? :).
Anyway, I sincerely appreciate the help as I feel I am losing it from all of this. At this point I am just so tired and frustrated. All advice that has been given has been greatly appreciated. Just want to be able to work, can make it through the rest of the time (nights, etc.) (I think :)...
