I understand about the hot showers, I take one each time I have an attack. Also, my CH's started when I was 17, not sure why. Also not sure about them correlating with nutrition, many of us have all different sorts of eating/exercising habits. Please invite your brother to visit the board, he can find of ton of info. to help him out.
