He's not a big drinker, maybe once or twice a week. But I know he usually wakes up with a ch and almost like clockwork gets another one around 5:00 PM daily. I've lived with him for almost two years and the days are few and far between when he goes a full day without getting one.
Regarding ice, he used to use it a long time ago but I guess the hot showers work better. I wouldn't know but that's his take on it.
I'm going to try to convince him to get onto this site to check it out.
Also, there was a message regarding a neuro, I believe he has visited several before....their advice....take some medication. I said earlier he really isn't into that kind of thing so what can you do.
