Has this worked for anybody?

Roll Eyes I'm going to start my cycle soon.  I have stoped smoking for 2 1/2 months now.  I've also stop drinking for a month and have started working out 5 days a week.  I'm trying to use my body to fight the CH.  Has anyone done this?  If it does not work, at least I'm at the healthest I've been in a while.  Cycle will start in 4 months.  PFD....Holly

Embarassed I don't know, after my last cycle and paying 4 thousand dollars for Imitrex shots and also paying for my O2 that my insurance would not pay, I'm trying my body this time.  If not I can always look forward to being up to my ass in bills and still be in pain....PFD...Holly

Hey Holly,
Well I don't know if it'll help the cluster, I've read messages by others that exercise can end a headache.

But to take your idea further, is there anybody on here who practices a strict vegetarian or even vegan diet? Any impact on their clusters?

But good luck to you Holly and lots of PFD's.

I am a strict vegetarian and I shun dairy as much as possible.  I guess it helps....but really there are points when if someone suggested cutting offmy right arm would help I would do it.  Sorry if I sound bitter.  It's a side effect of ch.  pfdan to all....  murph

Years ago I was a strict vegetarian, but not a vegan. It didn't affect my CHs one bit.

Well first I've been having CH for 17 years now.  I'm episodic and my cycle comes every 18 to 24 months.  So I have a window so to speak.  Chronics God bless them, do not have this gift.  So I will make use of my time and fight with all I got and go to war with the beast.  This time I'll kick his hairy butt.  I promised my self this cycle will not be like the last one was, me being helpless.  If I have to I will and can try the shrooms as my last resort.  PFD....Fighting Holly
