different pattern emerging

 Have gone 2 days/nights without HA after about 7 nights straight , HA hit me between 9pm and 12 pm every night - thought things were getting better then today about 2pm I get an attack for last 45 minutes.
Definately out of pattern - does this mean new cycle or ?? - what a pleaseure for 2 nights not to have it hit me but now in middle of day at office - ouch!!

No. The idea that clusters come on some rigid schedule is a misconception. They can evolve over time in terms of location and degree of pain, time, season, etc.
In my case, it took about five-years before I developed a fairly--but no absolute--fixed pattern of attacks.

For the first couple of years, mine always came about an hour after I went to sleep. Now, they come whenever the feel like it. Day, night, morning, evening. Not sure if its the verapamil that keeps them mixed up, or if Im just changing. The first couple of years, I didnt have any prevents.

I never got that pattern stuff, case mine come when ever they want??? No type of pattern, I am chronic is that whY???? I just go with it, thats all I can do, yes I am on preventives and they help now.
