Anxious Time...

I have to go to a dinner for my wife's company tonight and tomorrow night in NYC. Normally I would be looking forward to it, BUT I never know what in the hell is going to happen in my head. Believe me ( it happened twice) there is nothing worse than being out and the uninvited guest comes. I'm thinking only positive thoughts.....No Alcohol !!! No spiced food !!! Try..........I said try not to smoke too much !!!!!!!!! Get home in one piece.

Try to enjoy yourself there while PF. If you do get hit, don't worry about everyone else there. Only worry about yourself and do what makes you feel comfortable. Other people's perceptions are irrelevant.

Thanks for the replies. Went........everything was cool.then came home, went to bed.......I don't even need to go on..It now is getting ridiculous...Happy I am seeing the Dr. on Monday.

LION YOU'RE RIGHT !!! IN PREVIOUS YEARS I WOULD GET ANGRY TO THE POINT WHERE IT WAS ME AGAINST THE EVIL OF THESE HEADACHES....I was happy to go out, but as you know you're always on edge just waiting for something to happen. It didn't but when I got home and went to bed, it reared its ugly head.

The second and last function was last night.....(Saturday Night). At first I wasn't going to attend, but my wife has always.......ALWAYS...been there for me so I made my mind up that I would make it through the night.I am happy to report two great things....First I made it, even though there were many tingles and shadows.....secondly..........a client of my wife asked why I was drinking water..I told him the truth,and as it turns out he has been a CH sufferer for thirty years !!!! I couldn't believe it. We talked for two hours. I know it sounds weird, but man o man does misery love company. Thanks for all your thoughts, like this man said to me---"we're like family now !"

There isnothing like meeting another head in person!
After the holidays I'd like to round up some other NY CHers to meet up n Manhattan.
We always talk about it but like most NYers to fast in the lifestyle and things just pass us by.
