For those who get Horner's Syndrome????

Is your CLUSTER eye smaller regardless of attack?
Mine is.
I also don't get a prominent droop unless in high cycle.
It just closes more.
It isn't coc keyed (just in case of censor) but it is smaller and always has been.
Just curious.

Mine actually gets puffy and resembles swelling. also some times spasms like a nervous twitch. This only happens maybe 30% of the time though.

No, just during an attack... not the droopy eyelid, but the pupil on my affected side gets smaller than the other eye.

My right eye (the side I get hit) has a perminant droop to it. When Im not in cycle its really hard to tell. The only way to tell is if I get really close in the mirror and look really hard. When Im in cycle its more pronounced and easy to tell.

I think, at one time in my life, both my eyes were normal, but since CH, my left eye has become droopy and pin point in the center (constricted) and is definitely different than normal.
I've also had surgery (for CH) and had some optic nerve damage and that didn't help it any. I can't even "feel" the tears flowing. Usually I know they are because someone will ask if I'm upset about something. "No, I'm just going to start acting really bad in a minute or two... better get away from me!"

Permanent droop here - over 12 years now. I usually only notice it in photos - where it's really obvious!
During cycle, it's much more pronounced. I could almost pass as a Bell's Palsy sufferer.

my left eye never quite opens all the way...but during a cluster...could be a stroke victim...used to habe same shaped eyes,,,luckily unless you know it you cant tell when not in cycle

My right eye always droops when in cycle, it's just more pronounced during an attack. It is interesting though, I can tell when a cycle is coming because my eye will twitch for about 2 weeks before hand.

I will not disclose how many times i looked in the mirror today to check the size of my eyes. 
When I am tweaking the CH eye is smaller. Could be smaller anyway, hard to tell if I'm wearing a meegraine or glasses.

Permanent droop for me too. Also obvious in photos. Even when without cycle for years, still droopy left eye. Not as bad as during and immediately after a cycle though!

At this point my cluster side eye is noticeably more closed than than my non-cluster side eye. Actually my eyelid has drooped to the point where is is just about going to cover the pupil of my eye.
When comparing photos taken before and after CH the effect CH has had on my right eye are obvious.
However when I looked closely at the older photos I must admit that my right eye has always been slightly more closed.
Coincidence? Interesting observation, I'm curious to see how others weigh in on before and after comparisons.

How about how you see through each eye separately in the dark?
When I'm in the middle of a "hit" I seem to perceive more light and "clearer" vision through my left eye (the side of the headache) than through the other (opposite the headache.)
This seems strange to me since the pupil on the headache side in most folks (and me) is smaller during hit (and therefore collecting less light)

Wish I could say that Squanto. Without my contacts, I'm so blind I couldn't EVER tell any difference in vision. I only know my left eyelid droops to one degree or another all the time, even when not in cycle.
In a way ... since I have to suffer this syndrome anyway, it would be nice if my vision - even in one eye - would improve.

You know I never really thought alot about it, but yeah, my right eyelid is droopy, and the right side of my mouth is also affected. I notice in photos that it looks like I have incompletely recovered from a stroke. Is worse in cycle.

Also if I do not feel well or have a hangover in or out of cycle it will droop.
Other wise it looks just like the other one.
