Mine is a dual chamber pacer too and I am so glad to have it.
I too was experiencing near fainting, annoying and frightening rhythms, etc.
Mobitz II in itself it not a deadly rhythm, but can lead to other serious rhythms. You'll be so relieved when you get it implanted.
The new pacers can do amazing things.
The proceedure is a breeze. You'll probably have something like Versed and be numbly awake  . It's done before you can blink 2,790 times.

That's sure the truth! Jim (Alchemy) is in our little group here too as he has a ONSI, as well. Just this past time through the airport last weekend I got pulled out for a special security screen, and this was even before the stimulator! I must look suspicious....
