From what I can tell, CPH is exactly the same as cluster, but CPH is usually used to describe women with clusters, as the belief among the medical community is that women rarely suffer from cluster headaches, it is a male ailment, and then, usually only in men who drink and/or smoke. The CPH is supposed to respond very well to Indocin. It is available in suppository form in the US, but it is still metablozed in the stomach and some people can't take it consistently enough to determine if it works for them. The Diamox is a diuretic that is used to treat water weight gain and bloating in women. Since the brain is mostly made of water, taking the Diamox is supposed to "shrink" the brain tissue, as in swelling. I tried it once, but not in the amount listed here. Maybe it is more effective in higher and frequent doses...will have to check this out.
