Nope, no joke. It's a very primitive way of telling if you have a candida overgrowth - there are other ways to test, but that way is still very reliable. If I remember correctly, I think about 80% of the clusterheads posting at the time tested positive, right? I take it you were one of them? OK, Ewwww.
