A few months back I stated on this forum that 2000mg was doing a great job as an abortive for my CH.

In season I get up to 3 per week, normally lasting 45 min.  Over the last two years they have been slipping down the Kip scales to 5's and 6's.

This season magnesium is no longer working (not sure if it is safe to up the dose), and they are lasting 4 hours with kip 7's and 8's  Angry

Did abort one yesterday with coffee which was fantastic.  I don't normally drink coffee, and then I normally drink instant coffee.  This was "real" coffee, so I'm running to Starbucks next time to see.

Anyway hope this helps someone beat that beast.

Matt.
