Ok, well it sounds like it's going to be a hell of a get together.
I think we have enough people in agreement for the dates and location.

Rates will be $64.00 as promised for double occupancy, It will be $10.00 for each additional person unless we don't tell them  .
You can book for the 9th, 10th and/or the 11th this rate applys for any or all nights.
All reservations Should be made by December 15th, to avoid possible problems, but should be made as soon as possible.
Please post when you've made your reservations and how many nights you'll be staying.
I usually try to add a little more flair to my posts but I've just been buried since last Friday, That's a good thing! so my wife says  But as I type this now I'm late for an appointment.
I'm soooo excited to meet everyone! I'll post more later.

Blake and I have it on the calendar. It's about a 5 hour drive from here and the northern Indiana weather can be brutal that time of year. But.....we're gonna try for it. We'll take our chances on getting a room closer to the gathering date. I guess that makes us a 'maybe'....

there's a bar and a restaurant in the hotel.......those can be our meeting rooms........LOL

I am gonna do my utmost to make it, but have to figure out how I can financially squeeze out the fundage for a hotel room and bus ticket. When (if) I can get that figured out, I will be making my reservations. I want to go so bad it is tweaking me out.
I already brainstormed and figured out how to raise funds to get to the Convention in July. I am gonna contact my old boss from Michigan and work a music festival in Bushnell, IL called Cornerstone. I will be working a retail music booth, but should make enough to get to Nashville. Already alerting my bandmates not to book any gigs from July 14-20, as I am committing to another event.

Hey everyone, This sounds like it's going to be a great time, as far as where to hang out, there's a large atrium near the pool with pool tables and if I remember right there's a ping pong table WooooooooHoooooooooo , there is also a lot of room to just sit and chat play cards and DRINK if you want. if anyone has any good group games they would like to bring feel free to do so.
My wife and I have a great game called gestures, it's a lot of fun with a large group, we usually play guys against gals.
As far as other entertainment goes, the bar is called lucky's and they usually pack em in on Fridays and Saturdays.
Davenport also has three or four gambling boats if that's your thing.
I don't think there's going to be an itenary, so if anyone has any ideas, just post them. I think Tina nailed it with

I think we should set aside some time as a group to cuss and discuss ch's. What works and what doesn't, what we and our supporters go through.
Maybe even an imitrex tip demo like they did at the recent Vegas meeting and an o2 demo if anyone has any.
