Well good and bad news.. the wedding we were going to in Texas in February is postponed indefinitely... (They ARE still together but she got cold feet!)
We're still going to go to Texas though because the kids will kill us if we let them down now.. BUT... we are bringing the trip forward by a couple of weeks so we can come to DavCon too!
I can't wait! There will be me, David and our three kids, Brid 11, Barney 10 and Jasper currently 3 but will be a BIG boy of four by then!
Pinch me - I'm hyperventilating I'm so excited!

I know this fall I am missing my one full night class(4 hrs) to go to Hawaii. I will be studing on my plane ride over and back. But I am sure my teacher will let me make things up ahead of time or afterwards. I just hope I can handle it.

I just did a search for ailine fares on Priceline.com:
Holy sheets batman. 401.00 roundtrip. From Redding, Ca. stopover in Los Angeles...stopover in Chicago...like 12 to 13 hours in airports and on planes. Not to mention I could be stranded because of bad weather in bum-FU## egypt for days.

And just in case anyone forgot, and isn't sure about attending, Jan 26th is my commencement ceremony and I will be receiving my degree. I plan to show up in Davenport directly after the graduation ceremony in my cap and gown
I am requesting the presence of all my family and friends here on ch.com to attend my graduation party and help me celebrate what many many years of work and about $40k worth of loans allowed me to accomplish. And you can meet lots of clusterheads!
It would mean a great deal to me to make sure certain people are there....everyone who was at DavCon 04 of course, but a special invitation to Jackie and Blake, Jean, Thelma, RJ, Eyes, Pig, Ozzy, LadyLaine, Jonny (yes I expect to see you there ), JDH, KevinM, TomM, Bill (racer), BillyJ (my hero) and wife Minnie, Charlie, DJ, Mast, Mel, BigDan, Thomas and his bride on their anniversary (or really close), oh boy the list goes on and on!! Woobs and Bus will already be there I am not intending to leave anyone's name off, I want you all there to help me celebrate!! Besides....you might actually get to see the Cat drunk muahahahahaha.
