I prefer Rockstar Sugar-free (white can). It has more stimulants, and I actually enjoy the flavor. I drink the entire can at a sitting. Sometimes 2. Sometimes I buy the 24 ounce can...it depends on the headache.

The little energy drinks that you tried are pretty much garbage. They have lots of vitamins in them, but not much in the stimulant department, and that's what you're looking for in an energy drink.
