As for the Alzheimer's numerous studies have been released showing several items lower the risk. Statin drugs, fish oils, niacin, shrinking the waistline. They are also the same things to do to lower cholesterol. Niacin (vitamin B3) at 45 mg/day (3 times RDA) showed a decrease of 70% of incidence of Alzheimer's.
