Nice one. And max flush flow is 50 l/min!

Not too cheap but expensive enough.

Looks like a nice set up, once you buy your own regulator, the tanks of 02 are cheap, even without any insurance, looks like a beauty!! Grin

What is "max flush flow?" The gauge on the regulator shows that it goes to 15 lpm.

Said flow regulator including a defined bore having a cross-sectional area less than the cross-sectional area of said tubing lumen, wherein, with a given bore cross-sectional area, the length of said bore affects the liquid flow rate.

That aint the half of it!  Wink

Dude - WTF? All I want to know is if it goes higher than 15 lpm.

My brain hurts after reading that.

I love Jonny's "terminus technicus"  Tongue
IMHO the rotameter measures to 15 lpm but you can wind up to 50 lpm.
Hope this reg. will get in next week than I'll try it.

Ok I got mine today. And with regards to the max flow flush it's 60 lpm. With just an extra crank on the dial...I can double/triple the rate in a second,so YES it does go way higher then 15 lpm.

Totka2,

Good on you.  I have a similar flow gage type regulator and it works great. Check your PM.

The regulator arrived 2 days ago. I made change the connector to a Hungarian one and tried today. It refilled my 10 liter bag in 10 seconds so the max flow is really 60 LPM.  Smiley

Depending on how hard I have to fight medicaid for this....I may just have to use ebay too. Cheesy

Some humor though, I saw the title and was wondering "O_o Ebay therapy?"

Much more easier to bay a regulator on eBay than o fight against skimpy insurance.

pixie ... the only way medicare or medicaid either one will pay for an o2 tank is if your o2 level is low in your blood...if not then you're on your own with the expenses...take care

You crack me up!  Glad you got this!!  Sounds like a winner!!

I gotta say, I have a de-regulated regulator from Mr. Happy (doesn't that just sound bad?), and it was of some help.  Problem was, it drained my E tank in a matter of minutes.  Works better to have one of those high flow dealies with a bigger tank.  I am one who finds enough success with 15LPM, however, so I really cannot complain at all!

PF wishes,
Carrie Smiley
