Time for a seed update
Aug 19th, 2008 at 6:03pm

The Sunday after the M/G, I took a buddy's suggestion and upped my usual low weekly dose from 15 seeds to 25 seeds. Made me nauseated as hell! and the usual stiffness I experience went thru the roof!

BUT.......... I dosed the low dose again the following Saturday and have not dosed since. I haven't had a hit.  Not one.  A few k2 shadows at the beginning of the cycle lasting no more than 3-5 mins, and since the higher dose, only five k1+ shadows in over 3  weeks.

Nice to hear.

I believe the initial higher dose followed by lower doses has more benefit than constant dose levels, if not too much time between doses.

5 or 6 seeds just might finish off the last shadows.

Hello Polly,

Just a thought on the nausea problems.

Are you dosing on an empty stomach? If not, this may help for those who suffer this side effect. I much prefer to fast 6 hours before dosing.

Good to hear things are going well, hope it continues.

Be well.

CArl...
