Indigestion???? (Read 1104 times)

Nope, no indigestion. But.....

It's been two years since I've had a full blown cycle. That one lasted 16 weeks. My tried and true timetable gave me a major hit every night around anywhere from 8:oo to 9:00PM. I don't get home from work until about 5:30 to 6:00, and my husband and I liked to take an hour or so to just catch up with each other, have a cocktail on the porch, then I would start dinner and we would eat around 7:30 to 8:30 (I always heard it's fashionable in Europe to dine late in the evening Roll Eyes

When in cycle, I got home at my usual time, started dinner immediately so we could be finished before the "witching" hour. Cocktail hour was abandoned - at least for me. If I waited too long, I got hit just as we would sit down to dinner.

That last full cycle....I lost 15 lbs Cheesy

- but one He** of a way to do it.

PS. In the two years since that last full cycle, I've gained 20 Undecided
