I'm back - this time in San Fran
Sep 24th, 2009 at 8:31pm

Hey family, well the shadows are coming on stronger and i'm diong my best to prepare. I'm glad it's cyclical so I can get ready right around this time every year. This year i've got new insurance and hope not to have to fight with anyone about meds. I'm in San Francisco now and would love to connect with people who live here. I hope to get some shout outs from some of you all, and hope for pain-free moments for new comers.

Right back at you!

Tigers fan?

Blue Jays fan hoping for the renewed rivalry that was so much fun!

Once JP gets fired there might be hope!

Can you imagine if the Tigers got Roy Halliday?

All the best Iddy Smiley

Thanks for the love everyone. Well last night I barely got sleep b/c i had some strong shadows. I literally wanted to sleep standing on my head. My nose and eye throbs at the same time and start up right around 6pm, my eye is starting to droop a bit.
02 has never worked for me, but called Dr back home and he wants me back on Verap. so.. here we go a-fucking-gain.    Shocked
I hate my cycle comes right around BB playoffs

I said the same thing for more than 10 years.

Then I learned how to hyper ventilate with O2 using very, very high flow rates. Now I can kill virtually every hit in 3-6 minutes flat. The difference is truly astounding for me.

Good luck to you.

Marc

Disclaimer: Many people are getting just as good results at 8 lpm, so any extra flow is simply wasted oxygen.  Not everyone needs high flow and your mileage may vary.

I'm with Marc. 15 lpm didn't do it for me when I tried it several years ago.  It worked, but not fast enough to bother.  Just tried again with the O2ptimask and 25 lpm.  Can kick one to the curb in 5-8 mins now.  You might want to give it another try.

Hope it's a short one.
