I couldn't have been at the Labcorp facility more than two or three minutes before the blood was drawn and I was out the door.
They notify Request a Test within 24 to 48 hours and Request a Test posts the results on your account and sends you an email.
I did shop around, i.e., I called our family doctor's office and the estimate (since it would also require an office visit and a complete exam) was $300 to $400.
LabCorp cannot do a test without an "order" and in this case, Request a Test becomes you physician surrogate.

You don't need a Dr.'s order. It's 75$ including shipping. After I mailed back my sample, it took approx. 10 days to get my results via email.

You are sitting on the min serum concentration at 34.7 ng/ml
it needs to be around the 80 ng/ml to get the best results.
I would suggest you up the vitamin D 20,000iu /day and
once a week take a loading of 50,000iu, do this for a month
and then get another test to see where you stand.
