Episodes cant be spaced
out enough !

Hi Guys,

I'm out of an episode about 4 weeks now. Bar the psychological scars i'm doing good Cheesy

The consultant I went to has put me on -

Magnesium 375
Riboflavin 400
Omega 3 (high dosage)

per day

He suggested this before i mentioned the research that had been done on cluster headaches.

What are your thoughts on the above ? I dont see D3 there....... would you suggest i send him a link to the medical info ??

Can I suggest you print the following link, which is the most up to date paper on the D3 Regimen and ask the Consultant to read it.
